Detail specifications based on the blank detail specification may be prepared by anational standards organization, a manufacturer or a user.

3Guidance for preparation of detail specifications
lt is necessary to keep the transmission characteristics indicated in the relevant sectionalspecification for the category number(3 or 5) and the characteristic impedance.
The detail specification shall be written in accordance with the layout of the blank detailspecification which forms part of this standard.
NOTE When a characteristic does not apply, then NA(for not applicable) may be entered in the appropriatespace.
When a characteristic applies but a specific value is not considered necessary, then NS (for not specfied) shouldbe entered in the appropriate space.
The numbers shown in brackets on this and the following pages correspond to the followingitems of required information, which shall be entered in the spaces provided.
